Born and raised in South Texas, Ariana Alvear grew up in the Rio Grande Valley, went to Austin in 2010 for school, and moved to Houston in 2015, where she became a real estate professional.

 

Her academic achievements and professional experience have prepared her well for her current career. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, she earned her master’s degree in educational leadership and special populations from the University of Houston. As a school’s special education coordinator, she worked closely with families for the good of their children. Ariana sees an important carryover to real estate as she builds relationships and facilitates lifelong decisions.

 

Of course, she’s always enjoyed meeting and working with people — it’s what drew her to real estate in the first place. Loving others well and being of service are the core values that drive her personally and professionally.

 

Off the clock, Ariana is involved with her church in central Houston and helps out with its various programs and charities; this exemplifies her passion for forming new bonds and helping those in need. In her spare time, she and her husband are avid foodies who enjoy a good weekend brunch and trying out new restaurants around Houston.
